Due to the nature of digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, content marketing, social media management, and paid advertising, our company operates on a non-refundable policy. This is because once our work begins, resources are allocated immediately to deliver the services agreed upon. However, we strive for the satisfaction of our clients and offer revisions according to the specifics of each service package. Please review the details of your chosen package for information on available revisions.
Return Policy
As our services involve digital deliverables and do not involve physical products, we do not offer returns. We encourage our clients to thoroughly review the service agreements and communicate any specific needs or concerns before the commencement of our services to ensure full understanding and agreement on the deliverables.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service agreements under the following conditions:
- Before Service Commencement: If cancellation occurs before our team has begun the work, clients may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the services purchased and minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred by our company in preparation for the project.
- After Service Commencement: Once work has started, the client is responsible for the payment agreed upon in the service contract. Cancellations made after commencement will not result in refunds.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. We will process your request within 5 business days, and any applicable refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.
Delivery Policy
Our digital marketing services are delivered through a combination of reports, digital content, and direct communication methods such as email, video calls, or project management tools. Delivery timelines vary by service and will be outlined in your service agreement. We commit to meeting our delivery deadlines and keeping our clients updated on the progress of their projects. In the event of any delays, clients will be notified promptly with an explanation and a revised timeline.
For all services, final deliverables will be sent electronically to the client’s preferred email address or made available through a secure online portal.
